yep that is the game, I saw those but am hoping to find a legit American copy somewhere and not a grey market EU version for 5X the price.

There is an older WWII turn based strategy game by Nival (great developers!) called Silent Storm that came out about 5 years ago. They had a gold box version that included the original game and the xpac. I would like to buy it but I cannot find it anywhere now. The last I saw was a $9.99 small pack ...

when I try that config I get "World of Warcraft was unable to start up 3D acceleration. " I am going into the wtf.cfg and setting it at 5100X1200. Normally I have been running at 4800X1200 (with middle monitor stretched and ugly) and it's at least working. Here is the config file I use for that: [co...

I used your config file and got wow working in SoftTH, only thing I changed was your res. I switched it to 1600X1200. My middle monitor is widescreen at native 1900X1200 though. Is there a way I can get softth to sho the middle at 1900X1200 and the left and rights at 1600X1200 for a total res of 510...

Can you post a pic of your computer and monitor setup and show it running wow?

Thanks and good work.

Thanks for the replies, I hope we get that fixed, it would merit another look at going with triplehead. The issues I have with what you said were 3X24 inch widescreens. That is going to give you a stretched image. I wouldn't want to play with that, everybody is going to look short and fat. Sure you ...

Let's revive a dead thread. I wound up buying one Dell 19 inch (1907FP I think) to see how it compared to my 2405FPW. My intent was to buy 3 of them and the digital triple head for some widescreen fun. But when I compared the pic of the 18 inch 4:3 monitor vs my 24 16:9 monitor, I hated it. I wound ...

Did they fix the graphics in the game? I only played it in beta and it had some of the worst graphics I have seen and it still managed to have a horrible framerate on a top end computer.

I think the bigger problem is that you are still playing Vanguard!

That would definitely explain what I am seeing. I can see the individual dots when running the 19 at the native res. On the 24 it looks smooth (at least compared to the 19).

No tripe for me :( Unless they come up with a way to do 3 24" panels someday.

I currently use a Dell 2405 FPW 24 inch widescreen LCD monitor. I have been using it for 2 years and it is a nice monitor. I was looking forward to upgrading to a triple screen 19" dell setup once the matrox digital box comes out. To that end, I purchased my first Dell 1907FP 19" lcd and it came in ...

One problem I can see is that those look like widescreen monitors. You are going to want 4:3 aspect ratio monitors if you go with a triple screen setup. Otherwise the image is going to be distorted.

It's close enough now, I am waiting for the digital version. Unless you absolutely NEED that thing in the next 4 weeks, I think it makes more sense to wait.

Thanks thats good info. If it wont run it at a decent speed, I don't have a problem with selling this one off and buying the 640 meg card. I can even go SLI if I absolutely have to. I would prefer not to spend the $$$ though.

It's an Opteron 180.

I don't really care if the score is good or bad, but is it high enough to run games in triple screen? I am going to play WoW, C&C3, and hopefully when it comes out QuakeWars.
