Okay so I finally said screw it and bought myself steam link, I want to run it in my livingroom and put my plasma infront of the window to reduce glare.

My question to you guys though would be..... Heat, shit sucks. If I put cardboard say about 3-5 inches away from the back of the tv to block ...

Don't bother with 4k, I run multiple monitors of whatever I can get cheap, family members old monitors, best buy open box etc... I have no shame in making money.

Before lastnight it would just start off flickering, but when I turned it on before making my previous post it was completely black for about 2 minutes, then slowly transitioned itself into a seizure inducing rapid flicker.

Over the past year or two i've been somewhat of a lurker here using this website to find solutions in my widescreen adventures.

Recently my 226bw started flickering when I turn it on, over the past week or 2 it's gotten progressively worse resulting in a complete blackout ...
