I have two requests:

1) Try to patch Madden 2007
2) Add 1680x1050 as choosable resolution in your patches :)

If you are doing the GUI in Visual Basic or something I can also help and try to make an integrated patcher.

Can anyone confirm this? I've yet to receive my widescreen monitor from the store and I want to know if this is working.

Native resolution is 1680x1050.
