Alright, now it works! To be able to run lower resolutions I had to change to a vga cable. thanks Apple...great avatar by the way!

I'm using DVI and in Windows I can only get the regular 4:3 resolutions (800*600,1280*1024 etc) and the only widescreen res is 1680*1050. I'm gonna try to connect it via VGA now.

I have been trying for a time now to be able to run Counterstrike: Source (and 1.6 for that matter) at lower than the native resolution of 1680*1050. I've tried to change it to 1280*800 by editing my launch options (-w 1280 - h 800) with no luck. If I try to run 4:3, 640*480 my monitor (Samsung 205B...
