| I'm sure there are games which are "doing their own thing" but i was talking about such that get their resolutions by asking the gfx drivers (of which there are many, for example Supreme Commander, Neverwinter Nights 2, The Lord of the Rings Online etc). | My (latest) Forceware (for WinXP) only allows for 1650x1050 and 1600x900 under "screen resolutions" but i'd also want lower resolutions, like 1280x800, so that these would become available in game options, because my 7800GT isn't fast enough for every game to run at 1650x1050.
