I can answer this. NETSHOW does, but I'm using the term "publisher" loosely. The game is not legitimately out yet in any form. I challenge you or anyone else claiming to play this game legally to show me evidence that suggests otherwise ...

Ok, before you go and call everyone a pirate, you have to get your facts straight, last time I checked, there're different regions and countries in the same world you're living in, and on these continents, the game is released.
