| Is your "Monitor" actually a TV? If so these have issues with resolutions and refresh rates. You need to check exactly what it supports so you can modify the shortcut accordingly. BTW if it is a TV and you are using it like a monitor I gotta say one thing ..... MOTION SICKNESS!!!! :P I tried my 32" ... |

| Yep. Download Steam, and register your CD key on it. You will be able to download the Steam version of Half-Life for free. The non-steam version of Half-Life just isn't going to work in widescreen.
