I know that I would suggest Francesco's Mod plus Martigan's Monster Mod myself. Dark UI is also wonderful along with Immersive Interface. Qarl's Texture Pack 2 + Almost Everything Viewable when Distant is a must, as is Atmospheric Weather Systems and Better Nightsky and Phinix's Water. Other things ...
