For 1440*900, .6249 works perfectly, corrects the dof bug posted before.

In the official Warriors Orochi site you can download a fix for the 360 pad, I've tried it and it works, only downside is that the right analog stick only works for looking up/down, not for rotating the camera.

In the Nvidia Control Panel, when creating a custom resolution, go to advanced, in timing put manual, and in back end parameters there are two setting, active horizontal pixels and active vertical lines. Mine had 1280x1024 as default, I changed it to my monitor's native res (1440x900).

It seems it is working in XP, at least with 174.74 drivers. I noticed that when I selected a resolution than the native of my monitor, on its OSD it reported being at 1280x1024 resolution, so I created the same resolutions on Nvidia's control panel, but modified the active pixels and it's finally wo...

It's not the shortcut, you have to right click in the games explorer.

Do you have Anti Aliasing and HDR enebled? If you do, you must only have one active at a time. Check that it isn't enabled in your card's control panel.

Here they are
1280x720
1440x900
As you can see, there is a light stretching in the 16:10 resolution. I imagine it's because of it's roots on X360/PS3. You can see it more clearly in the Word Tour menu, every circular shape is deformed. |

It has never crahed on me under Vista. Runs at a perfect 60 fps. Playing it with a Xbox 360 controller, works like a charm with the 1.1 patch, that allows you to control the menus with it too. One thing I did notice, is that 16:10 resolutions appear to be a little stretched vertically. 16:9 (ie 1280...

I have tweaked so much the .ini that I honestly can't remember. But when I did, I configured it for max details and 2GB Ram. Only lags a bit in big towns/cities. I also tried the Tuning utility that you mention, and it's really helpful if you don't want to mess with the .ini file.

Read this thread: http://forum.jowood.com/showthread.php?t=126976 There are a lot of tweaks there. Experiment with those so you can get the best performance/IQ on your system. I don't know if it's on the thread I just linked, but try decreasing the mouse smoothing levels in the game options, that he...

Sure, here you go:
The HUD is a little stretched, but everything else isn't. |

Gothic 3 runs perfect for me, European version, at 1440x900 resolution. No stretching, and without modifying anything (Well, actually I have tweaked the INI, but for image quality/performance).

I wonder if there's a way to make it work with "letterboxed" resolutions, ie, 1280x720? I've been trying to do it for that res, only changing the 4:3 with 16:9, and putting the results in the back end box, of the vertical lines, because I want black bars on top and bottom. It worked (sort of), I don...
