All - I just purchased and received the Samsung 49" Super Ultra-Wide Curved gaming monitor. For gaming this monitor is AWESOME! Immersion like I have never experienced. I can't believe what a difference no bezels and a curved screen make (I used to have a triple screen setup). Anyway, the resol...

Did you find the save points reasonably spaced or did the game get really frustrating having to play portions of it over and over again.

To confirm: So you can't just do a save anytime you want then either?

Thanks for responding - Mark

Greetings - I am thinking about getting the game "Dead Space" for the PC (not the 360). I wanted to know how game saves work in the game... Can you only save your progress at the end of each level, or does the game have periodic checkpoints w/more frequent saves, or can you load/save a game anytime ...

Paddy - Ok I have been working on this for the last 5 hours or so. I would not call this highly scientific but I did learn a alot. Here are the steps that I went through... * Started with a BFG 7950GX2 1GB video card in my PC (specs above). * Uninstalled the TripleHead2Go software and drivers (+ reb...

Greetings - I wrote a previous post about running triple screens in native (in my case 1600x1200) DVI digital resolution for doing graphics/media work in Windows as well as running in 3072x1024 for gaming (like TH2G). A responder mentioned the SoftTH option. This looks promising. I was just wonderin...

Greetings - I have had my triple screen setup with TH2G now for 6 months. Of course the gaming is incredible. But now I am starting to do a lot more graphics and media work in Windows as well. Doing this via VGA output is pretty bad - the resolution just isn't that good. Matrox won't officially anno...

Greetings - Was thinking about buying this game but am now hearing that the port from the 360 is not the best. For those of you that are playing it... 1. How are the graphics in the game? How do they compare to FEAR and GRAW for example? Especially if you have a high-end gaming rig. 2. How does the ...

All - It looks like a lot of you already have Rainbow Six Vegas for the PC. It doesn't appear to be available here in Denver CO until tomorrow. But I am already hearing that it is a horrible port of the game (from the 360). So those of you that are playing it how do the graphics compare to FEAR or G...

Ok - I think I know what's wrong here. According to Matrox, when you lower the desktop resolution back to single screen resolutions (1280x1024 for example) the single-screen output always goes to the Center screen. So the center screen has to run VGA, then I'll move the DVI cable to the right screen...

I received my TripleHead2Go unit yesterday. WOW! - It takes gaming to a whole new level. Half-Life 2 - Episode 1 was incredible with triple screens. What a great product. Surround gaming - I'm hooked. RUS007 - I asked about this in another thread, but since I still can't get this to work let me go i...

Thanks for the quick reply - The Dell 2007FP does feature switching between VGA and DVI inputs. So I set the THTG to go single screen, and then switch the input on my 2nd monitor to DVI (so there is a DVI cable running from my video card DVI output to this monitor then too right?)... I think I could...

Hello - I am getting my TripleHead2Go today and I have a question to the veterans of THTG about LCD's and native resolution... I have 3 20" Dell 2007FP 4x3 monitors to run with the THTG. The native resolution on this monitor is 1600 x 1200. I know the THTG can only run up to 3840x1024 (1280x1024 x 3...

TripleHead2Go users... Greetings - I am expecting my TripleHead2Go unit to arrive today. I have a question about setup... I would like to have a 10' VGA cable running from my PC to the THTG so that it is near my 20" LCD monitors. I paid a lot ($100) for this cable, so it's a real good one. Then I ca...

Paddy - Thanks for your response. I must say you have an AWESOME gaming system indeed! I don't expect to compete with that. You set the bar really high :) Did some more testing this morning... I am running Half Life 2 at a full 3200x1200 (as I stated before). I can put AA up to 2x before it starts t...

Thank you for the responses... The DELL 2007FP 20" LCD is a 4x3, not a widescreen. I am aware that the THTG does not support widescreen res at this time. So question... I did an experiment tonight. With my video card I ran my current 21" monitor (Samsung 213T) AND a Dell 2405WFP widescreen at the sa...
