DX is my favorite game of all time--even though the graphics are dated, it still looks very nice for its age.
At any rate-- 1680x1050, display can indeed use that resolution (native)
The game is GOTY edition, version 1112 or whatever--it's the latest i could find. X and Y are set correctly ...
