I've scanned these 3 pages and several others regarding fixed aspect ratio scaling with ATI cards (i.e., gaming 4:3 aspect maximized to vertical on widescreens with black bars on sides) . Many people have suggested using ATI Tray Tool, Powerstrip, or the CCC, but no one has commented on achieving SU...
