Did you guys update the game with a Black Edition patch or just a regular 1.3?

okay I looked at Paddy the Wak's alternative to using Art Money, and from the screenshot, it looks as if it only works with Version 1.2 and 1.3. Getting a patch isn't a problem, but I was just wondering if those patches are compatible with the Black Edition.
