Yeah, I've been looking at some of the ultrasharps. Which are on sale though? I don't see any from their website on sale, aside from a 27".

Hi guys, I've been out of the PC hardware loop for a few years now. I'm looking to get a few widescreen monitor for a few different reasons. I need it for work, play, and movies. I'll likely be spending a lot on it because my school work (programming and writing) depends on it, and also my part time...

I still can't believe we haven't gotten a fix. Do they really think that having a widescreen is a form of cheating? Or are they just lazy?

I was having this same problem. I solved it by making a copy of my shortcut to regular BF2. Then I added +modPath mods/xpack +ignoreAsserts 1 to the end after the lines for my custom resolution. It loads the custom res now instead of just crashing to desktop. Okay, I'll try that, but to make sure I...

Ok, I reinstalled and the game is working fine. I went to the target to add +szx 1920 +szy 1200 with one space after the 1200 part. I ran the game, it crashed to desktop. I took away the added part, and it worked fine again...What am I doing wrong?
