My games were hitching every 2 seconds or so. I thought it might be the new Creative X-fi. Turned out...it was the EzTune Software. I noticed CPU spikes in the task manager (from 0% to 11%) at a regular frequency of every 2 seconds. It was EzTune. I turned it off...no more hitching in games (BF2 ...
