Sega games are poorly coded on the PC. When I was a Blue Burst subscriber about a year ago it was tough getting the game to run properly in 1280x1024 on my old 4:3 display. I eventually had to just run it in a window. So i figure this goes without saying for any kind of widescreen resolution as well.
