I'm 30 (as well), so the previous posts concerning Atari and commodre 64 apply ;). Then once PCs became affordable early in the 1990s I grabbed hold of gaming. I'm having similar issues with 1280x720 (27" Westinghouse LCD). The LCD only runs 800x600 and 1280x720 native, but since the game only runs/supports 800x600 of those 2 resolutions I can ONLY run 800x600... and in order to even get that to load and play I have to do the shortcut trick and video con ...
