I will confirm this also works for NBA Live 2005! Wish I had known this the year I owned before NBA Live 06 :( Live 06 does not seem to have the hex value for the original 800x600, so I had nothing to replace.
The image however, is squished, incorrect aspect ratio. I've never seen the game ...
