I had a 21" Viewsonic before this monitor. I loved my CRT but I didn't know how clear a picture could be until I got this 2405.
Gaming has zero ghosting - it's incredibly responsive. As far as your desktop picture, it's been very nice so far. There's only been 2 things that kinda of bothered me ...

Ok well I fixed it - I figured there was a setting in the registry somewhere that was screwing me up and that might've been it.
I re-installed windows and now it works great. Now it's time to try and mess with those different resolution settings.
