Bumpity-bump.

So far, I can see no solution for D2 widescreen. It certainly isn't in the config options, but moreso - there is no way to manually change resolution in .ini file, nor is there an entry for resolution in the registry. That pretty much exhausts my knowledge on it.

I think I have it working following UObean's instructions above. I just got my 2005FPW today and all I can say is WOW!

I tried doing this my my Nvidia 6800 + Powerstrip and a Dell 2405.

It *does* work, but I get a thin bar of "green snow" at the bottom of the monitor and the image seems ...

Wasn't there a hot key widescreen option for MVP 2004? I recall that I always used to activate it by accident when playing (and would have to play the rest of the game with my guys "crunched".) It would be odd for them to remove this functionality in a subsequent release.

I've got the entire Disciples 2 suit and I have a Dell 24" coming in about a week and a half. I'll play around with it and see what happens.
