i cant disable scaling to panel size on my laptop, but not on my desktop pc.
my tft doesnt have such an option in the OSD.

is it possible to hack/change an .INF file (monitor configuration file) to make my monitor display resolutions with black bars.

hmm, but can i uninstall powerstrip afterwards?
will powerstrip always load into memory on reboot?

how do i make sure that pixels dont get upscaled? that means:
1 pixel = 1 pixel on display
