MY FIX:
when i first played the game it automatically ran at 1920*1200 but then changed to 1600*1200 to get it back to widescreen delete the SWLEGO.BIN file then run the detectgpu.exe it will come up with an error message press rety. it will then crash. now open up the game again and it works!

when i tried this, the game would often crash after saving... when running at 1280x1024 things were fine!!

Well, try upgrading to the current nvidia drivers 66.93. I'm assuming the problem is still that you can't create the custom desktop resolution.

Ihave tried your technique of creating a custom desktop, but when adding the resolution 1600*1024 it just says it cant be done.
Also tried playing around with that ini file, but with no luck...
Any ideas?
