I'm having issues as well. I've tried just about everything. I've tried using steamless, editing the hex-file, and running v1 of the FPS fix. I've tried using v4.7 of the file and v2 of the FPS fix. I've tried fullscreen, windowed, hdr on, hdr off, freesync on, freesync off, 100fps, 120fps, 144fps, ...
