FPS unlock not working here...It patches and overwrite the files, but it does nothing when I enter the game...still 60fps locked.

Thanks for the details! :) but unfortunately I tried the "21:9 (3440x1440)" option and the FOV seems wrong - like the camera is too close to there feet, and leaves a lot of empty space high above? Previously with susahamat's modifed exe it the FOV seemed perfect - wondering how these FOV ...

New Update just hit steam.

Still using the fix for 1.21.03. Working fine.

At least they are NOT using denuvo on NIOH. That give us some hope.

Game does not support any 21:9 resolution. It supports 4k 16:9. When you choose any non 21:9 resolution, the window stretches the screen to fit the 21:9 resolution of the monitor.
