For retail versions install nGlide followed by Zeus Software's patch. The GOG.com version already has these files.
Now run nGlide Configurator; for retail this is in the Start Screen/Start Menu. For the GOG.com version go to the installation folder and run nglide_config.exe.
Set your resolution. Change the aspect ratio setting to choose between stretch (Fit to screen) or pillarbox (4:3). FMV videos are stretched in pillarbox but everything else has the correct 4:3 aspect ratio.
