Will my GTX 760 192-bit (OEM) support triple monitor gaming at a decent framerate? I don't want to find out the hard way of buying three new matching monitors and kick myself with a mistake. Ultimately I'd like to have a fourth accessory monitor configured as well. Thanks.

That totally depends on your definition of decent framerate. And your choice of games.
Do you need high settings with 4xAA and more?

Assetto Corsa for now. Maybe a flight sim later. I'm not sure about the settings. Pretty much a novice.
