well at least that explains why every time i try to run SC2 on 5760 x 2160 (eyefinity 6) it always crashes after it loads sucesfully
but if i leave it at 1920 x 1080 then it works fine

I'm sure its probably a little late, but I still care about ultrawide support for starcraft 2. I host a ton of LAN parties out of my home, out in the styx. Internet doesn't exist where I live, but I've recently found a work around for starcraft 2 to be played via LAN. unfortunately, all the rigs I run are sporting ultrawide monitors. the client we are running is version 1.4.3, but this is subject to change if/when I purchase copies of HOTS, and LOTV for all the LAN rigs. Please consider updating this patch.
