I just launched the game Husk and noticed it has the usual horrible problem of 99% of games out there:

- no FOV slider
- no hor + ultrawide possibility
- no editable config files

It is UE4. Not having adjustable FOV I am either stuck in playing 16:9 on a 21:9 screen, or having it cropped (but with the right 3440x1440 resolution).

I see many games got fixed by editing the .exe (dark souls 3, resident evil 7, dear esther) and I would like to learn this myself (I play lots of indies) because sometimes there is no solution online and no config files where to change FOVs or resolutions.

So from where do I start? The Resident Evil 7 with Zens posts was very helpful, but I cannot find any of those hex strings in the husk.exe file. Can somebody help or just teach me a common procedure?
