I really loved this game back then, It remembered me of Vice City and thus I like it alot. So here is a link to the modified exe which have widescreen resolution support:
http://filebeam.com/c6683d93e76177be837abda4b1ae78af The following resolutions were changed to match wide ones 1152x864 changed to 1280x720 1280x1024 changed to 1366x768 1600x1200 changed to 1920x1080 Sadly the game adjust the aspect ratio based on the height of the display, so it looks a little zoomed in a 16:9 resolution, but its all I can do for it. I am more than interested if someone finds the value to modify the width of the display.
A screenshot took at 1920x1080 in a 16:9 aspect ratio |

Great work! I used the method "official" on this site but it's only strecht. With you exe there are no fat bodies and the vetical loss is not catastrophic. Thank you very VERY much!!!

Hi, I hope you're still around. Good work there. Your exe, however, won't recognize my CD - could be because I have the German version. Wonder if you could check out if your versions original exe has the same MD5 as mine, which I have uploaded here -> http://voodoovictim.bplaced.net/ger_SHAR.rar |

Don't worry, I will see what I can do. There is a big chance that the problem its because you are using the German version.

Hi I also have this problem. I use the German Verison and if I change the Simpsons.exe than it says: no CD
Does anyone have a solution? |

I found a nice Widescreen Tool witch also solves the German Version (No CD) Problem.
Just download Lucas' Simpsons Hit & Run Mod Launcher Version 1.10.2 from here -> http://sharmods.donutteam.com/tools/ There you can select all 16:9 Aspect Ratio Resolutions. |
