I don't blame them honestly, sure its become an essential tool for me, sure I have donated on more than one occasion; but you should have seen the request section in their forums, people had a demanding tone as if it was their god given right to request fixes for nothing in return. I wish them all the best and hope they find it in their hearts to bring the site back. But like I said, I don't blame them.

Based on what exactly?
The domain name info was updated 2014-11-06T04:24:24Z. He obviously still has interests in the domain name. Perhaps he was out of town when it was nearing expiration. Who knows.

Based on the fact that a simple update on the issue was never given, Hayden knows of this forum, he is the creator of this post after all. Either way whatever he decides I wish him all the best.

I've been extremely busy with work stuff recently, basically living and breathing work.. add on top of this one of my SSD's dying (Raid 0, yay) my PC's basically been off, waiting for a replacement SSD to come, which is now and in and I'm back up and going again.
It will be back up shortly now that I have some time available.

on to COD AW
someone did make a single player FOV fix. it works, just that the fov does not stick once a cutscene is shown while in game. you just have ot press the bind for the fov you want after the screen is taken over to show you somehting in game. other than that it seems to work pretty well.
