Official UltraWide support was added in a patch.
Unfortunately Multi-mon support has taken a step back: manual edits of settings.xml, registry entries or command line parameters do not work anymore since the introduction of the Aspyr launcher app as part of the Inheritance patch/DLC. Now you need to resort to windowed mode + Borderless Gaming and performance takes a huge hit for some reason. It used to work so well... :(
