Ah I didn't even think to try windowed mode. Updated op.
-single is for starting the game in single player mode.

Apply unoffical patch 11 or later from here
Edit the shortcut to change the resolution.
Example: "D:gamesRage of Mages 2allods2com13.exe" --res:1920x1080 --single
