this is the maximum FOV in the game settings:
when you enable FovHackEnable the game crashes and if you just change the Fov, nothing changes |

This seems to just pull in on the 16:9 aspect ratio which the FoV changing just helps to mitigate a bit but it is evident everywhere else. In a full fix the max FoV would still be further back from the character than this fix has it. you're right, but it's still the only solution to the black bars.... |

Try this . Widescreen resolution • Link Set custom resolution[citation needed] Go to <path-to-game>\Engine\. Open vars_pc.cfg. Change ScreenResHeight= and ScreenResWidth= to the desired resolution.
