Well, got a good price on a Dell Alienware 21-9 4k So I actually finally made the switch. Very happy with my choice. 4k is freeking amazing and I get better frames with the 4k ultrawide than I did with the 3 1920x1200's. Thanks for the advice guys. Cheers, Jim |

Yes. A fix would be much welcomed by me, though anyone one able seem to have no interest in doing so. |

I second that. Also with bezel correction the player screen is a bit obscured on the sides. |

Ironic; there is a coaster 12" away. You make some good points there. Okay then, what ultrawide to get then....Curved? Flat? Is Gsync worth the extra scratch? Using a GTX1080 at this time. Budget is around 5, but could go a bit more if the gain is worth it. |

Thanks for the responses guys,
I can also see the advantage of bringing non optimized UI elements in a little closer than they are now. Have to turn your head to see them at this time. |

Thinking about switching to an ultrawide and dumping my 3 monitor setup. Thinking it will make life much easier' lose a little gain a little. Anyone else done this? How do you compare it? Personally I won't miss bezel correction issues and all the extra cables. And of course less load on the GPU I'd... |

Noted, was so impressed to see my resolution auto recognized and the UI adjustments. Should have known there would be issues. |

The galaxy map on the ship does not work at all in full screen surround, you are unable to select and click on locations. |

Game play works well, however HUD is spanned across all monitors. I could normally live with it; however with bezel correction it covers items in the build menus. Pretty much the same way Sims 4 does.
If anyone hears or knows something about fixing this would love to know.

My assessment is in line with Grittenald. This game was a huge stream release but there does not seem to be much interest in these forums. Thinking a fix may be far off. |

At work ATM can't play. You say the HUD is stretched. Is it usable though? Is it obscured by bezel correction or off screen? |

Saw on Steam that turning V sync off helped the frame rates problem. |

I have come over to the dark side and it's warmer than I thought it would be. After many years of using AMD I have purchased and installed a GTX1080. I am liking the surround drivers much better. The one little feature that I like immensely is the way the drivers auto detects 1920 x 1200 games and d... |
