@Lufferov I had that happen when I tried to override the GTAV profile in the AMD CC. Removing the custom GTAV.exe profile made mine go back to running well. Make sure your running the 15.4 beta driver?

No issues/glitches here really (~5 hours play). 295x2 w/ 4Ghz 5930k runs nearly maxed in eyefinity @ 60fps. Seems to be pretty well optimized indeed! FOV for first person seems different then 3rd person... is there a separate setting somewhere for it? Also mouse movement isn't 100% consistent - some...

No problem, glad it worked for you. As for your FOV issue, you can change the FOV on the fly ingame by accessing the console (` key - just below escape) and typing in "FOV X" without quotes and replace X with your desired FOV. This will not save your FOV setting for next game launch howeve...

I have seen people recommend making the ini files read-only however I have seen instances where the steam Skyrim launcher has still over-ridden this and updated the file.
