You can run this game in 1680x1050 by changing the COption.ini file in the ini directory...

[Patch_Option]
Width=1680
Height=1050

However the interface isn't very customizeable and you can't move it from the middle of the screen.
I tried TripleHead2Go 3840x1024, but that crashes the program after the login screen.
