Need For Speed Shift 2009 Manual PLP Instructions

SoftTH (PLP resolution, no border *). In-game: windowed & select PLP resolution (by scrolling game's numbered list). Close, remove SofTH files. Restart, wait for in-game, ShiftWindow (+ border = borderless).

NOTES:
1. Issues: 1st game-run probably chugs & dies. Shut down & restart game again, it's fixed mostly. Upon occasional chug, just restart track. Unstable, playable, fun.
2. * Deprecated: tester used "resolution+border" values for SoftTH, which is not strictly proper.
