To date, our "warranty repair rate" is approximately 2%. This means that out of every 100 stands we sell, only two need a repair of any sort (which are provided free of charge). This is far less than most PC component manufactures, which see warranty repair rates between around 4% (or more). We are confident that any and all product issues can be resolved - we have yet to have a single unresolved issue.

If, at the end of the day, the stand you buy does suit your needs, we can process a return for refund. We will refund the full purchase price, plus all processing fees (as these can generally be recovered). We cannot refund outbound shipping fees (those are already paid to the courier). And you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds will be processed after the product has been returned, and verified to be in "like new condition". Scratches or markings on the product will result in a 10% restocking fee. This fee is less than the industry average of 15% restocking fees on any return.
